Pricing on request

Three ways to work together.

Scoped to your market and your trade, never off a dropdown menu. Every engagement runs on the same 90-day sprint, then drops to month-to-month you can cancel any time.

The plan

What ninety days looks like

DAY 030 6090

The shape of the engagement, not a forecast. Every milestone is dated and checkable.

Engagements

Pick the one that sounds like your business.

Apply and I’ll scope it properly against your market, your competitors and what it takes to win here. You get the number before you get a contract, and you get it on a call, not a form response three days later.

Not ready to commit

There is a version of this with no commitment at all.

A lot of contractors have been burned by an agency before, and handing a new company ninety days is a real ask. So Foundation exists: your Google Business Profile rebuilt and actively managed, plus a review engine that turns every completed job into a review request. Month to month from day one. Cancel whenever you like.

It is the fastest-moving part of the whole system, profile and review work often shows up in the map within weeks, which makes it the quickest honest way to find out whether I am any good before you spend real money.

Why the sprint isn’t month to month

Straight answer: the first thirty days of a sprint is most of the work. The website build, the tracking, the ad setup and the profile rebuild all land in month one. If I let someone pay for one month and walk away with a finished website, I would be paying for the privilege of building it.

So the commitment is not a sales tactic, it is the only way the maths works when the heavy lifting is front-loaded. Foundation solves the same problem honestly, by making the deliverable smaller instead of making the term shorter.

How pricing works

Why there isn’t a number on this page.

Because your market isn’t a dropdown

What it takes to rank a plumber in Mandan is not what it takes to rank a roofer in Bismarck. One has four real competitors, the other has nineteen and a wave of out-of-state storm chasers every summer. A published price would have to assume the worst case for everybody, which means most contractors would be overpaying.

Because I turn work down

One client per trade per market, and I only take on contractors I think I can get a result for. Pricing a job I might not take wastes both of our time. The call sorts that out in twenty minutes.

What is always true

  • Flat fee — never a percentage of your ad spend
  • Ad spend is separate and paid by you, directly to Google
  • Ninety-day sprint, then month to month
  • Discount for paying the sprint up front
  • You own every asset that gets built

What you get before you pay anything

  • A recorded audit of your current Google presence
  • A side-by-side against your top three local competitors
  • A written scope with a specific price
  • An honest answer on whether you need this yet

How it works

What the ninety days buys you

Most agencies ask for a year and show you a chart in month six. This is ninety days with three dated milestones you can check yourself. Miss one and the next month is free.

Days 1–30

01

Foundation

Every lead you’re already getting gets captured, tracked and counted.

  • Deep-dive call, your margins, best job types, crew capacity
  • Teardown of your top three competitors on the map
  • Google Business Profile rebuilt from the ground up
  • New website live
  • Call tracking, form tracking and analytics installed
  • Google Ads and Local Service Ads live
  • Automatic review requests turned on
Day 30 milestoneSite live, profile rebuilt, ads running, and a dashboard showing every call and form. Most contractors see their real lead count for the first time right here.

Days 31–60

02

Traction

Cost per booked job comes down. Rankings start to move.

  • Ads rebuilt on 30 days of your real conversion data
  • Losing keywords cut, budget moved to what closed
  • Technical and on-page SEO across the site
  • Service and city pages published
  • Listings cleaned up across the web
  • First links from suppliers, associations, local sponsors
  • Review count climbing every week
Day 60 milestoneMeasurable movement on at least one money keyword, and a lower cost per lead than day 30, shown side by side.

Days 61–90

03

Compounding

Scale what’s working and prove the whole thing paid for itself.

  • Budget scaled on the campaigns that produced jobs
  • Remaining service and service-area pages published
  • Ongoing authority link building
  • AI search visibility, ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews
  • Conversion fixes, including missed-call text-back
  • Full day 0 vs. day 90 report
Day 90 milestoneBefore-and-after on one page, plus a written plan for the next quarter. Then you decide, month to month, whether I keep going.

Common questions

Questions about money

Why won’t you just tell me a price?

I will, on the call, after I have looked at your market. It usually takes twenty minutes. What I will not do is publish a number that assumes the hardest possible version of your situation, because most contractors would then be paying for competition they do not have.

Is the ad spend included?

No. Your Google Ads account is in your name with your card on it, and you pay Google directly. I charge a flat management fee on top. This is deliberate, if I billed you for ad spend I would be running a bank, and if I took a percentage of it my advice would stop being trustworthy.

Can I do month to month instead of ninety days?

On Foundation, yes, it is month to month from day one, cancel any month. On the sprint tiers, no, and here is the honest reason. Month one of a sprint is the website build, the tracking, the ad setup and the profile rebuild: well over half the total work. If you paid for one month and left, you would walk away with a finished website that cost me more to build than you paid, and I would have funded it. Foundation exists so that there is a real no-commitment option that does not depend on me losing money.

What happens after ninety days?

The engagement drops to a monthly rate that covers the ongoing work, SEO, content, ads management, reporting. Month to month, thirty days’ notice, cancel whenever. The sprint price is higher because that is when the heavy build happens.

Can I start on Foundation and upgrade later?

That is exactly what it is for, and it is how I would rather you did it. Run Foundation for sixty days, watch what happens to your map position and your review count, and then decide whether the website and the ads are worth doing. Everything built during Foundation carries straight over — nothing gets redone.

Can I pay the sprint over more than three months?

Ask. If the objection is cash flow rather than commitment, I would rather restructure the payments than lose a good fit. What I will not do is shorten the commitment, for the reason in the question above.

Is there a discount for paying up front?

Yes. Pay the sprint in full and it comes down. Ask on the call.

What if it doesn’t work?

Two things protect you. The milestone guarantee means if the day 30 or day 60 deliverables ship late, you do not pay for the following month. And you own everything, so if you walk away at day 90 you leave with a new website, a rebuilt Google profile, a working ad account and all your tracking, which is more than most contractors get from a year-long contract.

Do you do one-off websites?

Sometimes, and I will tell you honestly on the call if that is all you need. But a website on its own is the least effective thing I sell. A new site with an unoptimized Google profile behind it is a nicer-looking page that still does not show up in the map.

Apply

Start with a free market audit.

Tell me about your business and I’ll record a walkthrough of where you stand against your top three competitors in Bismarck-Mandan — your map rankings, your reviews, your website, and where the leads are leaking out. Ten minutes, yours to keep.

  • I read every application myself. Usually within one business day.
  • I’ll tell you if your market is taken. One client per trade, first come.
  • I’ll tell you if you don’t need me. That happens, and it beats a bad fit.
  • The audit is yours either way. Even if we never work together.
