Build your stack

No packages. You tell me what’s broken.

Nine things I do. Most contractors need three or four of them. Paying for the other five would be a waste of your money and a waste of my time, so I don’t sell it that way.

Step 1

Start with the leak

Almost everyone starts with the AI receptionist and missed-call text back, because that’s where the money is already going out the door. It goes live in about a week.

Step 2

Fix what’s cheap to fix

Google Business Profile is usually next. It’s the highest-return hour of work available and most contractors here have it set up wrong.

Step 3

Add reach when you’re ready

Website, SEO and ads, in whatever order suits your season. These take longer and cost more, and there’s no point starting them while calls are still being dropped.

The nine modules

Click any of them to see exactly what it does and who it is for, including the cases where I would tell you to skip it.

Pricing

Why there are no prices on this page.

Not a sales tactic. Three real reasons:

The mix is different every time

A plumber who needs the phone handled and nothing else, and a roofer who needs a new site, a rebuilt Google profile, ads and AI, are not the same job. One number would be wrong for both of them.

Call volume changes the cost

AI call handling has a real per-minute cost underneath it. A quiet plumbing shop and a roofer in the week after a hailstorm are different, and I’d rather tell you exactly how that works on a call than bury it in a footnote.

I turn work down

If your trade is taken, or you’re maxed out, or the math doesn’t work, I’ll say so. That conversation has to happen before a price does.

What I will tell you

On the first call, in plain numbers: setup cost, monthly cost, what’s included, what happens if you have a heavy month, and what it takes to cancel. Flat fees. Never a percentage of your ad spend. Month to month.

Not sure what you need?

That’s what the audit is for. I’ll look at your phone, your site and your Google presence, and tell you which of the nine apply to you, and which ones I would skip.
