Privacy & messaging terms

Short version: I don’t sell your information, I don’t add you to a list, and you can tell me to stop at any time.

What I collect

What you type into the application form on this site: your name, company, phone, email, website, trade, and what you tell me about your business. Nothing else. There is no tracking pixel selling your visit to an ad network.

What I do with it

I use it to prepare your audit and to contact you about it. That’s the whole purpose. I do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone, and I don’t add you to a newsletter you didn’t ask for.

Text messages

If you check the consent box, I may contact you by phone, text and email about your enquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, and HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not opt you out of email or a phone call, and you can ask me to stop those too — just say so.

Call recordings

If you become a client and use AI call handling, calls to your business number are transcribed so you and I can review them. Those transcripts belong to you. North Dakota is a one-party consent state, but the AI identifies itself at the start of every call regardless, and you decide what the greeting says.

Your data if you leave

Everything built for you is yours — website, domain, Google profile, ad account, phone numbers, call transcripts, content. If you stop working with me, I hand it over. I don’t hold assets hostage.
